As part of its contribution to national targets for waste reduction and the reuse of household packaging, Léko is launching its "Reuse 2025" call for projects.
This program aims to support structuring initiatives designed to develop an efficient, sustainable and large-scale reuse sector in a variety of sectors.
A significant portion of the Recycling Fund, which represents 5% of the ecocontributions collected by Léko, is used to finance selected projects.
The following are eligible:
- Companies marketing household packaging (alone or in groups)
- Professional federations (up to the number of Léko members)
- Communities that have already signed up with Léko
- Operators or solution providers
- Distributors of reusable products
The 2025 edition focuses on 4 areas:
Component 1: Experimenting with or scaling up logistical and washing loops for household packaging reuse
Component 2: Implementing existing traceability/deconsignment systems (excluding R&D) for distributors
Component 3: Carrying outfeasibility, market or technical-economic studies with a view to setting up reuse channels, in particular for the benefit of Léko member producers
Section 4: R&D on the development of primary packaging or reusable packagingcollection tools.
Applications can be submitted up to and including July 11, 2025. They will be examined by a jury, and a decision will be announced in early September.
