In the course of using the Site, LEKO SAS may process personal data concerning you.

Your personal data is protected by the regulations relating to the protection of personal data including the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, as amended, as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (RGPD) hereinafter together the "Regulations".

We are particularly vigilant with regard to the collection and processing of such data in compliance with regulations.

Who collects and processes your data?

The person responsible for processing your personal data is :

  • LEKO SAS (Société par actions simplifiée with registered office at 1 rue de Stockholm 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 823 308 820)

In its capacity as data controller, LEKO SAS is committed to strict compliance with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. It has a Data Protection Officer, whose contact details are given below.

When and why do we collect your Personal Data?

When you use our Site, we may or may not collect and process your Personal Data on the basis of your consent:

  • Identification data when you fill in the forms on the Site in order to respond to your request for information on news or to contact LEKO SAS,
  • Identification data When you are interested in the services offered by our Leko SAS brand, you agree to your data being communicated to us,
  • Connection and navigation data and cookies as indicated below.

The User is informed on each data collection form of all the information required by Article 13 or 14 of the European Data Protection Regulation.

  1. Who has access to this information?

Your personal data will be processed by Leko SAS as described above and, depending on the type of processing involved, will be passed on to the employees best placed to respond to your requests, depending on the sector, and to their technical service providers who may be involved in the processing.

We take all necessary measures to ensure data security and integrity.

Our subcontractors are themselves subject to reinforced obligations of security, protection and confidentiality of Personal Data. Under no circumstances will we sell, rent or disclose your personal data to other entities without your consent.

Data is not transferred outside the European Union. Should this be the case, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as recourse to the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission, in order to ensure a sufficient level of Data protection.

Your personal data may, however, be communicated to authorized third parties (i.e. police or judicial authorities), in accordance with applicable laws, at the formal request of these entities, in the case, for example, of fraud prevention (anti-fraud services).

  1. How long is your data kept?

We keep the User's personal data for a maximum of 3 years. We delete the data and contact of a User who has not responded to our requests within the same 3-year period.

Technical data relating to connection, browsing and cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months.

  1. What are your rights?

In application of the regulations applicable to the protection of Personal Data, you have the right to (i) access, (ii) rectify, (iii) delete, (iv) limit and (v) transfer your Personal Data to a third-party service provider. You may also object to the processing of your Data at any time.

You also have the right to define directives concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of your personal data after your death.

You can assert your rights by writing to the DPO of LEKO SAS at the following address: provide the name of the DPO and a copy of your identity card.

In the event of a dispute, you also have the right to refer the matter to the CNIL.
