Sodastream joins Léko!
We are delighted to announce that Sodastream has joined the large community of Léko en 2025 members. This collaboration will be conducive to the development of a shared commitment to packaging reduction and reuse, central issues in the strategy of both companies. As a pioneer in the reduction of single-use packaging, Sodastream plays an essential role in the transition to more sustainable packaging solutions.
Since its creation, Sodastream has been taking concrete action to limit the consumption of single-use plastic bottles. Its innovative home carbonation system offers a sustainable alternative to bottled sparkling water. A single reusable Sodastream bottle avoids the use of several thousand single-use bottles. By 2023, Sodastream will have avoided the production of over 5 billion disposable bottles worldwide, confirming its leading role in the fight against single-use packaging.
This collaboration between Léko and Sodastream is based on a shared vision: to reduce waste and encourage more responsible consumption. While Sodastream offers practical, effective solutions for reducing single-use packaging, Léko supports its members in achieving their targets for reducing, reusing and recycling packaging.
